Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sayso+ mobile app (the "App") and the website at saysoapp.net (together, the "Services"), operated by Sayso LLC ("Sayso," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, live in the United States, and have a U.S. mobile phone number that you control to use the App. Each person may hold only one account.
2. Your account and phone verification
Creating an account requires a working email address and a U.S. mobile number, which you verify with a one-time code sent by text message. VOIP and landline numbers are not accepted. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. SMS messaging terms
Program name: Sayso+ Account Verification
What it is: When you create a Sayso+ account, we send a one-time verification code by text message to the mobile number you enter, so we can confirm that you control it. It is used to secure your account and to prevent one person from operating multiple accounts. These messages are not marketing or promotional.
How you consent: On the sign-up screen, after entering your number, you check a box that reads "I agree to receive a one-time SMS code to verify my number. Msg & data rates may apply." The box is not pre-selected, and you cannot create an account without checking it. You are not required to agree to receive marketing texts to use Sayso+, and we do not send any through this program.
Message frequency: One text per sign-up attempt, plus one additional text if you request that the code be resent.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Sayso does not charge for these messages.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Because a verification code is required to finish creating an account, opting out will prevent you from completing sign-up.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: Your mobile number is used only for verification and account security. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
4. Fraud prevention and monitoring
To keep payouts fair for genuine participants, Sayso runs anti-fraud checks on every study session, including device identification, IP address screening (for VPNs, proxies, Tor, and data centers), device attestation, and motion-sensor and location readings collected while you complete a study. By using the App, you consent to this monitoring as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Studies and recordings
Studies are answered by voice and recorded. Your answers must be your own, honestly given, and relevant to the question asked. We may reject answers that are too short, off-topic, or that show signs of automated or pre-recorded generation.
6. Earnings and payouts
You earn the amount shown for each completed and accepted study. Earnings may be held pending a fraud review and are paid to the payout account you provide when you request a withdrawal, subject to any minimum withdrawal amount shown in the App. Sayso may withhold or reverse earnings tied to sessions found to violate these Terms.
7. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- create or operate more than one account;
- use a VPN, proxy, or falsified location to misrepresent where you are;
- use a VOIP, landline, or other number you do not control to verify an account;
- submit automated, scripted, pre-recorded, or non-human responses; or
- give false or misleading answers to manipulate payouts.
Violating these rules may result in forfeiture of pending earnings and permanent termination of your account.
8. License to your recordings
By submitting a voice recording, you grant Sayso a license to store, transcribe, analyze, and use that recording to operate, evaluate, and improve the Services, including fraud detection, quality review, and providing study results to researchers.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@saysoapp.net. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee any minimum number of available studies or any minimum amount of earnings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sayso is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
